"Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life" (Confucius)

A career is more than one's job.  A career encompasses a person's values, lifestyle, skills, interests, personality, as well as occupational interests.  We are well aware that the world is an ever-changing place and thus one's career can be seen as a lifelong pathway where informed decisions need to be continually made.

The St Peter's School Careers Centre works with all faculty areas to assist students to realise career opportunities, personal growth and academic success by providing resources and programmes central to their needs to make positive, informed career decisions.  To be able to identify:

  • Who am I?
  • Where am I going?
  • How do I get there?
