Year 7 Camp
Year 7 camp is held in term one, with a focus on bushcraft, and includes walks, tenting and cooking over open fires. Students carry out activities which test strengths, weaknesses, stamina, adaptability, etc.
The benefits gained from these camps are a better understanding of the National Park system, its uses, to learn to work together in group situations and to find out more about oneself in more primitive conditions.
The 2010 Year 7 Camps will start a new tradition using the School land in National Park.
