For members of Stroke Correction and Stroke Development, please ensure you have filled out the below form.
Members of the Transistion, Juniors, Age Group, Youth A and B, Seniors and Elite squads are required to complete the below forms.

For every camp and meet the academy takes swimmers away to Team Managers are required to help out with the squads. Information on the roles and responsibilites can be found below along with an applcation form.
