Moodle Website Privacy Policy
St Peter’s School Cambridge runs a copy of the Moodle application as one of the school’s Learning Management Systems.

Your use of Moodle is covered by the Cyber Safety Agreement you signed when you enrolled or entered employment at St Peter’s School, Cambridge.

Integration with Services
Moodle allows you to upload, download and link to files from/to external file locations (repositories), these locations include files on your computer, Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive.

When connecting to third-party repositories (such as Google Drive), Moodle may:

  • Retrieve a list of, copy, upload, download, or delete files as directed by you.
  • Alter permissions on a file/folder (especially if submitting a file for assessment) to grant access to another user of Moodle (eg your Teacher), and to restrict your ability to modify the file.
  • It may also retrieve your profile information.
  • Files uploaded to Moodle will be stored either on the St Peter’s Moodle Server or in other appropriate repositories as configured by the Moodle Administrator(s).
