In line with our holistic body, mind and spirit educational ethos St Peter’s, Cambridge offers a range of sporting opportunities to encourage involvement from all our students’ according to their abilities and interests.

Physical health and wellbeing for every student is our aim at St Peter’s, Cambridge. Sport can play an important role in balancing life for our students against academic, social and other activities. Involvement in sport provides students with friendship opportunities, as well as the chance to develop personal qualities such as resilience, discipline and communication skills. Whether for recreation or for competition, St Peter’s offers an exciting array of team and individual sports.

At St Peter’s our students have access to exceptional sporting facilities and staff. Our top quality facilities include gymnasiums, swimming pools, courts, turf, fields, tracks, an equestrian centre, a golf driving range, a boathouse at Lake Karapiro, and access to our national velodrome. These facilities allow students to pursue a large range of sporting endeavours on campus without having to travel to practices. Students are tutored by passionate, experienced teachers and specialist coaches.
