Our course-like training facilities are widely regarded as the leading all-weather facilities in New Zealand. Our Golf Academy provides holistic, tailored programmes that develop expertise in all aspects of the game and pathways for students to excel as golfers.
Our students have six day a week access to our two top class experienced NZPGA qualified coaches as well as regular access to a variety of highly qualified specialist support staff.
Students benefit from use of our own onsite training facility fully equipped with the #1 ball in golf Titleist ProV1 and ProV1 X as our range balls, We are confident we have the best purpose built private all-weather golf training centre in the country. Our overarching strategic outcomes:
There is a wide variety of options including individual lessons, group lessons, and holiday programmes:
The Golf School Programmes (including Starter Programme, Prep Golf and Futures Squads-(Learn to Golf) are the entry level step into the St Peter’s Golf programme. Designed for those new to golf or with little golf experience, it enables students to explore golf in a positive and supportive learning environment. Coaching is a mix of direct instruction and a guided discovery approach of self-exploration of movement.
The Participator Programme is designed for occasional or recreational golfers to improve all aspects of technique and course strategy. Players at this level will have regular group coaching sessions supplemented by some ‘booster’ individual coaching sessions. This is a great entry point for most young golfers and provides a strong foundation for our Developer Programme
The Developer Programme is for players who have established the foundation skills and have the potential and the desire to keep improving. Players at this level have regular individual coaching sessions, during school time, which is supplemented with on course coaching sessions and specialised group workshops.
Our Performer Programme a customisable programme to fully support the game and individual development needs of our aspirational students with specific long term ambitions. End goal is for students to be thoroughly prepared to “thrive when they arrive” at their chosen destination.
Our Elite Programme is a customized programme to primarily cater for high performance players with specific requirements.
