The 2025 St. Peter's Rugby Tour

Over the recent term break, the Senior Rugby Squad travelled to the Gold Coast of Australia for a highly successful tour.

These 26 young men proudly represented themselves, their families, and St. Peter’s outstandingly as they competed against the Australian teams.

Throughout the tour, the squad demonstrated exceptional character, sportsmanship, and team spirit both on and off the field. They competed in two challenging fixtures, facing off against the TAS (The Associated Schools) representative team and Somerset College, providing valuable opportunities to test themselves against strong Australian opposition. Off the field, the group enjoyed a range of enriching experiences including elite coaching through the Queensland Reds Super Rugby experience (while viewing a Wallabies training session), attending a NRL game Titans v Broncos, visiting Movie World and Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary’s Tree Tops adventure, and touring Bond University where they reconnected with alumnus Hunter Robinson.

Evenings were spent enjoying buffet dinners and team bonding, all while based at the world-class Gold Coast Performance Centre. The tour was a memorable and rewarding experience that strengthened connections, encouraged personal growth, and further developed the pride and unity within the squad.
