AIMS GAMES
AIMS Games is a fantastic experience for our year 7 and 8students. This event is the largest junior sporting event in Australasia with over 14,000 athletes travelling to Tauranga to compete against other schools.
This year we had 93 students competing in individual or teams in badminton, basketball, canoeing, cross country, football, golf, gymnastics, hockey, mountain biking, netball, sailing, swimming and rock climbing.
Our athletes did St Peter’s proud displaying grit, skill, sportsmanship and team spirit both on and off the field.
Congratulations to our medal winners, Natalie Sindhubodee and Archie Brown. A special mention also to our team medal recipients for your outstanding contributions: Ryan Yu, Ethan Ryan, Tahlia Fischer, Chelsea Baird, Bella Wybourne and Blake Fraser.
A massive shout out to all our coaches and managers for your time and dedication and Glen Taylor for all the organisation to get our team to this event.
